Prior to your surgery, we will verify your insurance benefits with your insurance carrier. Your carrier will notify us of what your financial responsibility is according to the benefits you chose when you signed up for your insurance. We will notify you prior to your surgery with your estimated financial responsibility as dictated by your insurance plan. All patient financial responsibilities are owed on the date of service.
If you can not pay your financial responsibility on the date of service, we offer care credit financing which can be set up according to your needs. Depending on the payment plan you choose, many of the options are interest free! Care Credit can be used for other medical expenses at other providers in the future as well.
