We have patient-centric policies and procedures that may feel like pampering in an age where the patient’s comfort is often overlooked. For us, it is important that your entire experience with the Spivey Station Surgery Center is pleasant, from the moment your doctor schedules your appointment until the follow up call you will receive after your procedure. And with a 98% customer satisfaction rating…we think we are doing a pretty good job so far. How do we accomplish this?

We are a paperless environment which has resulted in a 50% increase in our efficiency and allows us to spend more time with patients.

There is no need to schedule pre-operative visits at our center. We conduct pre-assessments over the phone or online so you don’t have to come in till an hour before your procedure.

We offer patient gowns that warm themselves.

We allow parents to accompany their children to surgery and reunite with them immediately in the recovery area so that a child never perceives being separated from the parent. Our center is one of the only facilities in Georgia that allows this both before and after the procedure.

We also reunite families with loved ones in the recovery area and spend extra time educating families about post operative care. Too often a patient ends up at home with no recollection of how to take care of themselves. We take the time to make sure you do. This is a standard unique to the Surgery Center and not typically offered in other facilities.
